Diamax continues to grow and has established a sales team with the possibility of working 100% remotely – the position is based in Gothenburg.

Diamax operates as a reseller for some of Sweden's strongest brands and well-known clients across various industries, from publishing and meal kits to electricity and telecommunications. You will gain specialized skills in telephone sales, which, combined with the strength of our clients' brands, provides you with excellent conditions to succeed as a salesperson.

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of documented experience in telephone sales and who is ready to step in and become part of Diamax's successful journey.

Your development is their success! During your employment, you will alternate between theory and practice while gaining broad experience in selling various products and services over the phone. You will continuously receive coaching, feedback, and further education to continue your development journey, where there is always a close path to the next step in your career for the ambitious.

Employment:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is serious, results-oriented, and has a basic understanding of outbound telemarketing with the customer in focus. Traits that describe you include engagement, drive, and curiosity. You are responsible and self-driven, motivated to continuously develop during your employment, and understand the connection between effort and success. You also value a company where people have fun together and support each other in development and goal achievement!

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of documented experience in outbound telemarketing.
• Access to your own computer + headset to perform the work from home.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to provide a reference that confirms previous experience and employment accuracy.

A criminal record extract will be requested before employment.
